Camila is a third-year B.Arch student at Carnegie Mellon University and is using the scholarship to support her education. 

After receiving the Spring 2023 award, Camila noted: "This scholarship inspires me to keep persevering against adversities I face and has taken away a portion of financial stress that comes with being a college student. Now I can focus on producing my best work that will help me on my path of becoming a professional architect and provide the opportunity of being an inspiration for Latina girls like me in the future."
