Andrea is a second-year student completing her Bachelor of Architecture at Carnegie Mellon University to empower others by providing rendering software through the CMU Computer Graphics and Animation Club. 

After receiving the Fall 2022 award, she reflected: "I am incredibly honoured and thankful to be a recipient of the MAPS Scholarship for Spring 2022, and so grateful for this opportunity to further my advocacy goals on the importance of accessibility of hardware and software tools for aspiring architects and designers! This scholarship will support myself — and many others — to explore new forms of graphic representation and graphic styles, and allow us to better capture the themes of our design narratives."
